Permanent staining and damage

Discoloration may be caused by wear, dye transfer, chemical damage, corrosion, sun fading, burns, etching, damaged finish, or other permanent change rather than removable soil.

Hazardous conditions

Blood, needles, sewage, active mold growth, chemical spills, pest infestations, hoarding-level conditions, and other hazards can require specialized remediation.

Repairs are separate

Broken fixtures, failed grout, plumbing leaks, electrical problems, broken appliances, damaged flooring, wall repair, and pest control are not cleaning tasks.
